Therapeutic Guidelines: new mobile app and content update 2024!

Therapeutic Guidelines has launched a new technology platform and mobile app to support more frequent content updates and modernise authentication processes. Our customers can download the new app from the Apple or Google Play Store.

Note: users may need to clear cache to see the new content updates.

Content Updates 2024

Major content updates to Palliative Care and Rheumatology are now available. Also, users can access a significant update to Toxicology and Toxinology, plus more than 100 additional updates across other guidelines.

Single and multi-user access

Single and multi-user subscribers can login using their password and email address.

New authentication processes at your place of work or study

If you use Therapeutic Guidelines at your place of work or study, you will be able to access the new mobile app in a more user-friendly way. To access Therapeutic Guidelines, you can now use one of the following methods to authenticate the mobile app: WIFI (IP Address) authentication, or Access Key.

Once an institutional customer authenticates the new Therapeutic Guidelines mobile app, they will stay logged in for 6 months. After 6 months, the user will need to re-authenticate using either WIFI, or Access Key methods.

Offline Mobile App Features

The old Therapeutic Guidelines mobile app had an offline mode. The new mobile app will feature a similar ability to access content offline. The mobile app will automatically cache pages from Therapeutic Guidelines in the background while you are connected to your internet network. A user doesn’t need to ‘click’ any buttons or change any settings for this offline feature.

Note: Institutional customers will no longer need to use tokens to authenticate the mobile app.
